Battle of the BBQs 2026
We joined the Shalom Food Pantry for the 9th annual Battle of the BBQS on Sunday, June 21st at the Albany JCC
There was delicious kosher BBQ, fun entertainment and a great time with the Capital Region Jewish community!
Shalom Food Pantry
The Shalom Food Pantry was launched in response to the lingering recession and increased need in the Jewish community in the wider Albany regionTheir mission is to provide healthy food packages to individuals and families who are struggling financially, to help alleviate the costs of their groceries. We provide support while respecting people’s privacy and dignity. Although our primary focus is the Jewish community, we do not discriminate and help all who request assistanceShalom Food Pantry is a volunteer based organization
