A wellspring of tahara for Upstate New York
We’re building a new mikvah for men in the capital region
A source of kedusha for all
Its said that all of Baal Shem Tov’s revelations, were in the merit of his use of the mikvah
The Hebrew word for “immersion” טיבול is an anagram for the word humility ביטול; immersing nullifies one’s ego and brings humility
Whether one immerse daily, weekly, or even just before Yom Kipur, the benefits of the Mikveh will have a positive effect in the kedusha and taharah of our community
Wide impact
Located at the crossroads of I-97 and the I-90, Albany welcomes hundreds of thousands of Jewish travelers every year. This men’s mikvah will be a benefit, not only to our community, but for all travelers visiting upstate NY or passing thru the region
The time is now
After years of planning, and countless requests from locals and visitors, we are now ready to move forward with building a men’s mikvah. The location is secured, the plans are ready. Now all that remains is the funding needed to bring this dream to life. With your support, we can make the Albany men’s mikvah a reality
