In this class we will learn a FLOW choreo that covers foundational heels/lines technique and explore fluid, controlled movements. Leaving the dancer to feel more precise and hypnotic in their dancing
ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME!
- pole heels dance experience is required
- heels are not required but strongly encouraged
- 1-2 people per pole
