State Street Yoga returns to SUNY Plaza every Saturday from June 6 through August 1
Instructors from Synergy Fitness and Nutrition and The Hot Yoga Spot are leading these free, one-hour sessions. Every skill level is welcome, so whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, we have a spot for you 🧘♀️
